In the time Sly City was announced. TNSE announced they would build 2 towers. In that time they didn't ask for presales. They just did it. And not we have two towers going up. And we have a wooden billboard sign at Skycity they did have its % part updated in that time.

theres plenty of projects that have been delayed or haven't gone as scheduled.. it should be expected with a project of this scale.
388 plus units tallest building in peg.. and a condo this is an ambitious project and to me it looks like they put all their chips in on this one.. thier not backing out now they would lose millions trust me those investments condo buyer made are protected so they cant just run off with them...
