A mover is insidious.

Where many are barred from inside knowledge...

I am welcomed with a handshake.

Once I get accustomed to the forum here yveseluj I can contribute a unique insight to the built environment in Regina and surrounding regions.

What I report is non-confidential and is permissable for me to post.

as another post mentioned 'we already covered THAT...etc etc...

I'm sorry but I wasn't present and now I am.

My Capitalism is that I want my government to compete in the marketplace against private bizznazz and enrich our province.

For example yveseluj.

To answer your question... I did not have one for you on that specific location.

It isn't difficult to figure out.

I wasn't there.

But in places I do access, I am under no obligation whatsoever to not provide details.

Why??? you may ask?

Because I ask permission.

Granted that in a while, for all you know we could talk about old times.

I just relocated a Dive Instructor for the 3rd time today who was a victim of disaster out @ deer valley a few years back.

Main topic was the construction and geology of the site.
I won't give his opinion on the project but I will give you mine.

Deer Valley or Regina?
I'd rather live in Regina

Electric Ashlar may be a robot or a human on LSD. I don't see much space in the middle.

OR, he is someone who uses a thesaurus for every single word.

Either way, it's incredibly difficult to read, and seems like he is losing his mind (I say that not out of jest, but actual concern).

If he's a deep-sea diver, then he must be suffering from some sort of deep water skull compression.

Hi skydivepilot.

No,I am not a deep-sea diver.

I'm a professional >>>Mover<<<

That means I relocate my clients and there is no big mystery there.

Today I relocated Sean Ahlers who is coincidently a pilot(A pilot like yourself I assume from your screen-name)

He Pilots the "Brandt Jet" and I believe there are 3 other pilots as well.(@ Brandt.ca)

I inquired if he knew of any upcomming construction projects from Shaun Semple and co.

Our company moved Semple into his "Brandt" mansion.

Anyways...

Sean(the commercial pilot) had nothing to report construction-wise that wasn't already in the public domain.

He did say Shaun(@ Brandt) wants to record profits of 5 billion dollars a year within five years so expect some major growth from Brandt.

Thanks Ashlar - FYI "Sean Brandt's" actual name is Shaun Semple. Also that would be $5B in revenue, not profit.

That's awesome, we are all high-flying people movers; however, you shouldn't post other people's names on here without their consent. (Just sayin'.)

Hey, can we get back to the topic at hand instead of all this defending who knows who and all this non-construction jibber jabber?

Anyone know if there's tenants yet for the newly constructed space across Albert Street from Havik/ZippityZoom/Comic Readers? West side of south Albert. Can't tell if it's office space or business space.

Thanx Skydivepilot.

In the case of My last few posts if you read back a bit in my garbled attempt at posting I do have their permission to post what I report and even mention this forum by name.

The Deep-sea diver was unnamed because it was irrelevant except for the Geological condition @ deer valley and the construction techniques used.

So I gave you my opinion instead.

The Brandt pilot I just posted about is a personal aqquaintence of mine and was actually one of my 'swampers' along with another student pilot back in the mid 90's when I worked at The Brick.(not an ad...lol!)

He's met my wife and kids and was surprised I was a Grandpa already.
I Told him there was a current discussion on the forum about Brandt's future plans because it is a hot topic and I gave you his response in the post previous.

If they don't have a problem with it,I shouldn't either.

This is not gossip and I am not intent on defamation nor have I made disparaging remarks.

on the Matter of my penmanship Festivus,I am not the writer of the family,my brother is.

He writes a new remake of the classic YTV kids program called Reboot.

I am definately NOT permitted to discuss anything much if at all about that series so I won't.He has a non-disclosure agreement and I don't have the inside scoop on that upcoming show because he can't even discuss it...

TechnicalRecession, according to the grammar cops don't you mean Move???

Touche' as le francaise say ,now stop hazing me.

Aside from being a mover I have also been a construction worker.

now that is constructive criticism. heh!

Stealthgirl.

Just like you do in your posts( ask questions about ongoing or future projects around town.) so do I.
Except I don't get my answers from the internet.

I ask the same questions as you, only I ask those same questions in person and in situ.

Ashlar, please try not to post multiple times in a row, it's bad forum etiquette. Also, it's best not to disclose information about business clients publicly unless allowed in a signed contract, you could be violating privacy acts.

Also, I agree about keeping this on topic. But it's hard when this guy comes in and posts four or five things at once, almost all of it a nonsensical collection of random images, italic/bold text, and unintelligible language.

We went past the new stadium this morning. It looks like the Centennial Fountain is boxed in. I guess all restoration is being done on site. Nice to see that being done. I look forward to seeing it completed.

I realize this is hypocritical, but why not use the report feature of the forum instead of hoping a moderator decides to read the thread and your plea? That's literally what it's there for.

I drove past the battery depot today on Winnipeg and Dewdney and was heading East toward modular storage.

On the South side of Dewdney they have leveled half a block of old warehouses.

Any idea what will be replacing the old eyesores?
Anything is an improvement on that old decrepit part of the area.
