It does appear that way... interesting. My guess is only for the podium as you can see the embeds for the curtain wall on the face of the slab above.

“This year we wanted to be innovative,” said Sharlene Rutherford, vice president of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation. “We have this luxurious early bird. If you win, you win a high-end downtown lifestyle.”

That lifestyle will be courtesy of an early bird prize package valued at $656,873 — the richest Full House early bird prize ever — and includes a 2017 Maserati GranTurismo MC and the Ultima condo.

Located at 10238 103 Street, the condo has nine-foot floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the emerging Ice District and Rogers Place. At 895 square feet, the ninth-floor unit does not compare to the immense square footage in the suburban offerings. Rather, it is all about providing an urban lifestyle, with amenities right on your doorstep.

“It’s the first project we envisioned for downtown,” said David Sanche, co-CEO of Westrich Pacific, which built the 33-storey Ultima tower. “The unit is special, because it is two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms and unobstructed views of Ice District park — the rooftop park to be built on top of the Ice District retail building.”

People in other cities, towns and rural areas (the non-CMAs) also moved—about 12,000 each year to Calgary and a whopping 16,000 to Edmonton. These bars are in orange.

Calgary enjoyed a net gain over both other regions. In other words, about 1,000 more people moved south from Edmonton than moved from Calgary north. Close to 2,000 more people also came to Calgary from rural Alberta than the other way around.

The largest flow of intra-provincial migration each year has been between Edmonton and rural Alberta. With 27,000 people moving between Edmonton and non-CMA towns and cities, Edmonton came out on top with a net gain of approximately 6,000 per year.

Agreed but Procura has been doing some good things lately. The Mayfair and WSP Tower redo are almost done, time for them to start a new project I hope.
