It looks like its right next to the Brown Line. Near Oak Street?

That's right. A bit south of Oak. 863 N Orleans.

Though I'm not sure I'd like to have an office 10 feet away from passing Brown Line trains.

Granted these are the newer train cars passing by, but my 2nd floor office is eye level to the green/pink line tracks on Lake. We have a loft space with large windows. I see the el trains as the best amenity even over the panoramic view of the skyline.

Even back in the `80s, when we had windows that opened, next to the El was no problem (on the 7th floor).

Is there more RiNo office space in the works right now? I know of 412 N Wells...

Seems like the West Loop is better positioned with a whole bunch of city approved projects standing by, ready to go.
