Some of those projects just barely started! There's been a ton of projects break ground in the last few months. Top 50 proposals tell nothing.

I wouldn't want to live in downtown Hamilton. Booming is subjective too. Even shithole Oshawa is building new high rises in their downtown after decades of nothing.
I was referring to big downtown investments. Yeah Hamilton's scene has certainly improved in recent years but, yeah, it's still not my thing. Exploding is subjective. This is happening everywhere and not just the 905.
