Another angle. I hope the owner develops that white building next to it soon. It's on an interesting "flatiron" site but it is a boring 5 storey box that only covers maybe 40% of the lot surface.

^Excellent cladding on that YUL tower. The best one yet.

And that Holiday Inn is a real surprise. It turned out really good for a rental / cheap hotel concept.

Not a big fan of that exterior shaft on the Icone. What is that like the elevator shaft, or a ventilation shaft?

It's almost as ungodly as the one on Altitude.
