Choice combines the operating hours, product diversity, and short transaction times found at traditional conveienence stores with fresh, healthy, and local selections. With made-to-order meals, groceries, produce, coffee, and daily essentials, Choice will be open 24x7x365 and should be a great ammentity for this neighboorhood.
I made the decision to locate our flagship store in this location in part because of the info I obtained from this site (planned residential developement, lack of retail, arapahoe square rezoning, etc) so wanted to express a big thank you to everyone who posted on these topics. I am very confident we will see increased development/retail in the areas sorrounding welton station in the near future

Sounds nice! I've heard that a great promotion is to offer message board readers a free sandwich during their first visit and then count on their natural exuberance to spread the word organically across the Internet, thereby ensuring your future success.
Or, at least that's the theory.
Question: Skyhouse is not considered to be in Arapahoe Square, but it's in close proximity. Do you think your store will be more attractive to those living in the CBD, Araphoe Square, or Uptown?
