I am very confident we will see increased development/retail in the areas sorrounding welton station in the near future

Sounds nice! I've heard that a great promotion is to offer message board readers a free sandwich during their first visit and then count on their natural exuberance to spread the word organically across the Internet, thereby ensuring your future success.

Or, at least that's the theory.

Question: Skyhouse is not considered to be in Arapahoe Square, but it's in close proximity. Do you think your store will be more attractive to those living in the CBD, Araphoe Square, or Uptown?

Agreed Skyhouse is not really Arapaho Square, but we were very attracted to this location given the residential development currently underway in the surrounding Uptown/AS area. Obviously the 350 apartments above us and M-F lunch crowd doesn't hurt either but in order to sustain the 24hr business model we felt it was essential to have critical mass of residents in the area.

I work in the building across Lincoln from you. I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. Russell's convenience stores seem to have the marked locked down, but I'm a little disappointed by their selection and prices. Good luck to you!

PS: it sounds like the Emily Griffith apartment tower planned next door to the church is stalled, but hopefully they'll eventually build the thing and provide another few hundred customers for you.

This is great new on the downtown Target that we've been all hoping for-I think they could even take up more space in that old food court building if they where willing. I was also thinking there is a bad ass small parking lot (its where the old Empire Savings tower once stood) on the 17th St corner that needs to go (a place where someone could even build a mixed-use new Denver's tallest if they wanted to).

Yes that's one of the last parking lots left on 17th downtown. The worst is still the one on Welton. Two others will be going away soon:

If the parking lot adjacent of 1800 Market - looked as nice as it does in the rendition, I would be happier than the current situation. But here's hoping that that lot soon bites the dust, too.
