Intriguing. Biggest as in acreage, height, or both? I'd love to see that shopping center go. As much as I'd personally prefer to live and work around Midtown and Downtown (and have these developments occur in those neighborhoods...), I completely support the urbanization occurring in Buckhead.
With the development around Kroger as well, it would be interesting if we say more pedestrians walkways between Buckhead Station, Terminus, and East Andrews Drive. The area would really benefit from more east/west connections other than Peachtree and Lenox circle. Extending Mathieson Pl to Piedmont would be huge, for example.
