The Tractor was open today.

Weird thing about that space is the actual floor is 2 feet (or so) lower than the front door,
but the space was so small they [presumably] didn't have space for a ramp, so they built up the floor to the street elevation.

Amazon is looking to fill, in total, as many as 1,000 positions at its 91,000 square foot office in the 22-story Telus Garden office tower in downtown Vancouver, which can expand to 156,000 square feet. At present, the company has about 300 positions open in Vancouver.

100% out of date yes.

They exercised their option to take the additional space before they had even taken occupancy of their initial tranche.

The office portion of the development is nearly 100% occupied today. Just one or two small vacancies remain.

Word is GWLs Vancouver Centre is near to signing on Amazon's next expansion to launch their tower.

Walked by today and I thought the green wall planters - because they poke out / overhang the alley by quite a bit
- seemed to encroach on the alley and make it feel smaller.
It could also be the black of the plastic holders, but the plants will also poke out from the plastic grid.

Thanks again mcminsen, I have been wondering how the ground level of this section has been coming together. Those steel panels bolted to the concrete appear to be reinforcement as opposed to anything decorative. Did you get a chance to look through the window to see whats in the basement?

they probably are. that building was built to some pretty crazy standards. i wonder if it will be torn down anytime in the next 20 years.

Nope, it's tempting though. It's all fenced off and I get those pics by poking my camera lens throught the holes in the fence. And when work is going on you can't even walk on that side of the street so I was eager to check out the newly poured sidewalks and other stuff while I could.

That's different than I was expecting.
That looks more like Woodward's - with planters at set levels and vines growing up trellises from the planters,
as opposed to the growing "cells" on the green walls at Whole Foods (8th & Cambie) or Guildford Town Centre.
