Well, it's an eyesore for that corner, so maybe they'll greatly improve that exterior.

Drove by there today and saw more than half of the building already down. Anyone in the area that could take a few photos of what remains and share with us?

btw, if someone can tell me how to upload photos, I'll do that henceforth.

Thank you, good people
and Go Falcons !

I upload photos to Imgur from my phone. You can then edit the photo (top right drop down) to change the pixel size. Anything under 1000 pixels seems to fit well on here. Then when you go to post an image, right click the imgur image you uploaded, copy link address, then enter the URL you copied to the pop up in the reply screen for this forum after you hit the pic of the tiny postcard mountain.

This might be old news but there's a preengineered metal building going up at Opus Place. Is that what they meant by sales center? It's a heck of a sales center if so; I'd expect it to be more useful as a construction garage.

Also, the hotel across the street appears to be under real construction--site demo and clearing.

Canteen's restaurants look like a step in the right direction for tasty dining in Midtown. I am also interested in Caraveca Market opening in Trace on 5th.

Does anyone know what retail is going in at the bottom of Ford Factory Lofts along the BeltLine?

Same here. It's funny how very few of the most popular local chefs have a presence in the Midtown core. I'm excited that this is beginning to change

Yes me too, hopefully they do more types of bagels and smears than TGM near Emory.

Love the building the new deck is attached to, but no way should that deck have been allowed to face Spring street without some form of street level retail. It's now basically a super block of bleak nothingness.

Sucks that they literally built Atlanta right on top of granite so it makes underground parking expensive.

Detached parking decks at least can be dismantled and a new building built in its place when personal car ownership declines with the rise of self-driving cars.
