Merrill Lynch is moving from 45,000 sq ft in One Liberty Place, to 27,000 sq ft in 1600 JFK Blvd. (Four Penn Center).
The only semi interesting tidbit, is that there are two more pending deals for BNY Mellon Center that have yet to be announced that will take up another 50,000 sq ft in the building. That leaves 275,000 sq ft of space left in the building of the 400,000 sq ft left vacant by Sunoco moving to Newtown Square, and FMC moving to FMC Tower.
