I've noticed that too! They all have some fantastic urban green spaces right in or near he core too.

Great pics above! As was said love how green our cities are during the summer.

Hope neither Chad or Molson leave the forum.

I truly hope MolsonEx doesn't leave. I'm fine with Chad staying, but he should really learn to chill out. Also, he can shit on Edmonton, but if anyone dares hint that Calgary isn't their cup of tea, watch out...? If someone here needs to grow up, it's him.

I would encourage you not to leave, Chad and Molson. You're both valued contributors to this forum, as far as I'm concerned.

How excruciatingly pedantic of you, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Lovely Montreal autumn photos, you know, 'cause around here, that season lasts about 45-60.......hours! Nice to see pics of a proper Fall season; I miss that. Question, what are the barricades around City Hall for? Are they just redoing the grounds or also refurbishing the building? They look to be doing the same to the building west of it (court Suprême?).

They are redoing the fountain and the stairs that lead to the Champ-de-Mars.

Montreal's best hours.
One thing I noticed is that lighting isn't often spectacular on Montreal's skyline pics. Maybe it's because the light is at its best early morning... and few photographers have the courage to go out at such hours ;-)
