There are numerous outlets under the upper kitchen cabinets, which we prefer, instead of having them spoil the look of the marble backsplash.
Our inspector thinks completion date should be near the end of Nov.

It's good to hear the quality meets your expectations, I got to see Met 1 (also Concord), and noticed quite a few minor deficiencies, but as a whole quite polished. I had the unique opportunity to view half a dozen units in that building when it had just been completed.
On the flip side 1 developer I've noticed must have hired poorly or cheaped out on the finishing contracting was Onni's recent Block 100 development.
I noticed: Uneven/dips in the bedroom flooring, really noticeable gaps between the baseboards and the floor, poor placement of recessed lighting, bulkheads continuing from the kitchen and ending in the middle of the room, overrun/cracked/crooked(lines) paint within the unit and in common areas, poor concrete work on the exterior of the building ~ not level (noticed water pooling in areas outside the entrance), lines between concrete slabs are jagged and not straight.
