But does anyone else sort of lament the fact that Toronto's future skyline will be arranged along an elevated freeway?

Leaving aside whether it's a good or a bad thing having that road there overall, driving down an elevated freeway with skyscrapers all around is a pretty awesome, 'big city' experience. And it was 4 years ago when I did saw it, I'm sure much has changed already.

Also, really like the Montreal pics on this page. Late summer and fall are Montreal's season IMO. Looking forward to more Montreal pics through October

(Vancouver and Toronto look best in Summer, Montreal seems best in Fall) Quebec may be the one city that I prefer in winter.

Also walking around in the area it's impressive.

And means fewer cars to worry about creating a better pedestrian environment (and shelter from the elements).
