Design is kind of a mess; some nice elements through that could come together if they re-worked it.
Don't remember the quarter's overlay, but is this out of step with it height-wise?

Didn't realize there was an interior wall of brick also.

Also noticed yesterday, a large tract of land fenced off and site trailers in place, on the land south of the Enjoy Centre. North of 137th Ave and west of Riel Drive. Anyone have a clue on what is going on there.

Westrich had an end of construction party for the people involved in the construction of Ultima, at Ultima's amenity floor. I kind of crashed the party for a bit and found a cool poster of a new development they are working on in Grandin. Still in conceptual phase.

I hope it is not the final product, cheap and poorly installed. The gauge looks quite thin.

It has to be temporary. The top edge is wrapped in electrical tape.

Address has to be wrong based on the rendering. My guess is it is 111st, just south of the parking garage.

My guess is somewhere in the 12-15 FAR range.
