Maybe between Snap and Brickhouse, but there's not a ton of space. Also, I don't know if you want to put a giant parking complex right beside houses and small condos. Really gotta try and get the industrial out of that area...

Yeah, agree on this one, that's the plan going forward.
Seems like a reasonable location. It's a difficult choice but if it comes to fruition, East of Osborne between Stradbrook and confusion Corner would seem the likeliest spot for increasing available parking.( for those visiting the area)
The Empty lot right at Confusion corner is a prime location for eventual development, but as you mentioned in conjunction with a residential/retail mix. I don't foresee any type of relief for Corydon Ave, not the way it's structured and zoned.
