We've discussed this in detail, and efforts to get the NL site added to the surrounding ARP has been met with significant resistance, despite requests for clarity

The city's embarrassing planning history speaks for itself. But Edmontonians are definitely a forgetful and fickle bunch it seems

Interesting morning breakfast presentation from the DBA's MBA student on office conversions. Whether mixed use or to hotel or resi, there certainly is some good opportunity right now. Expect to see a few go that way...

It is not clear if Dynalife is still facing eviction from its current headquarters next year, though there are indications the building’s landlord — the government-owned Alberta Investment Management Corporation — might be open to an extension.

It's good for downtown employment but I greatly dislike the way they use the 102 St building - dead street space on the outside, the roundabout pedway inside.

Can someone tell me what those God-awful speed-bump-type things are on 106st/99ave and 107st/99ave, and how much longer I can expect them to be there? They seem to have something to do with sidewalk work being done in front of Augustana, right?
