The Clique hotel also has a rooftop hot tub/jacuzzi. They also have theme rooms, one has a stripper pole.

Honestly the number of new hotels that have opened/are planned around Airport Trail is nuts.

Makes sense. The Acclaim was opened, owned and operated by the Clique group until 2014.

That job fair has completely destroyed traffic on 36th street and surrounding areas due to the amount of people showing up to apply for jobs.

Airport Improvement Fees collected from passengers, and tons of debt.

I'm sure the tears of every toddler flying for the first time helped too.

AA will maintain double daily flights to DFW this winter but the flights be operated by Eagle E75s.

And looks like PHX is definitely gone for good.

So looks like AA mainline is gone from Alberta as YEG will just have the one daily seasonal to PHX on Eagle.

be sure to document your journey for the rest of us. Do keep in mind that it's probably going to be chaotic, with all the extra procedures and locations and space, I can see the employees being stressed out for the first couple of weeks.

I honestly don't think it will be that bad. We are spending the next 10 weeks testing and trial-ing the hell out of that building. If anything I would encourage you to come early to ensure it's as smooth as possible and to spend some time walking around and enjoying the new terminal.

it's more so a concern of the human factor. Sure the systems and the machines will probably function fine, but human errors and everybody learning a new process is usually what screws it up.

Not certain about Calgary. I know Saskatoon and Vancouver put the AIF into a separate fund that builds up over the years and then draw from that fund to pay for expansions when they come up.

Not sure it could be worse than the cluster of a construction maze that is the current transborder area.
