What bugs me the most about this is that they (the province and TransLink) have known about this for years, and yet the same flaws keep showing up even on the new parts of the line. And then we wonder why trains keep getting tagged with graffiti and what not...

Kinda hard to tag a train as its zooming by ...

I suspect the yards are quite well secured, since the trains are all remote controlled, so you want only authorized people around these robot-trains.

You make it sound like it's a common occurrence. There's been like what 2 times that it's happened? And it was from being parked at Stadium, not travelling along the guideway.

From a cost-benefit analysis where is this epidemic of SkyTrain graffitti that would warrant re-engineering?

So it looks like the power rail, running rails, and LIM reaction rail are installed, but I don't see the ATC cabling, radio cables, or side walkways.

IF you look closely you can see he's standing on some sort of concrete median and there's metal brackets along the wall below the handrail. Presumably there's a cable pit running parallel with the track but the metal panels are not yet installed.

Also that tunnel feels really narrow. The Dunsmuir and Columbia tunnels are not much taller than the trains but that one looks like it's at least 15' high.
