Nope. If you think about what they do and what type of amenity would be super cool for them to have in a space they lease you'll probably figure it out

So you were involved, unconventional not-office space, some kind of unique amenity...

Is the theatre's lease in ECC coming up soon?

^ Probably not large enough. And unless I misinterpreted 240, he was saying he was somehow involved, which would narrow it down to Oxford's properties.

I would hate to lose the mall's theatres since that's my go-to place for new films, although there's the VIP Cineplex coming to ICE District in a few years.

It could be as little as 18 months depending on how the podium is constructed - as the tower is on the northern half. Might be that the grocer and theatre are operational prior to the north half of the podium being fully completed. Developer is anxious to generate rent asap as we see from the Casino and Edmonton Tower ... progress is swift.

Didn't the city at one time lease the top floor of the Eaton store for office use?

The 311 call centre is there IIRC, but that could move to the new COE tower.

Mayfair may well be the finest podium in this City. The over all design, great podium with rooftop, all highlighted with LED and signage of The Mayfair ... moves Procura to the front of the developer class.
