By the way, CIM would just be an equity investor in 1326 - they are not the operating developer, as that is Murphy. Quite similar to CIM's role in Golub's 1001 South State. Presumably - as was the case in 1001 - CIM is investing in 1326 because they like what Murphy has already cooked-up.......
