What's sad is that an elegant young woman with beautifully long, patrician legs appears to be paired up with a childish pillock in gym shorts and a T-shirt.

What is it with T-shirts these days? They used to be something you threw on to paint your house or play basketball in, but you'd be laughed at if you wore one to a social occasion. I'm showing my age here. Do people wear them to weddings and funerals these days?

I left the country for a spell, and when I came back the grunge revolution had completely killed off any sartorial dignity North Americans had. We now dress like children. And often act like children. Social media doesn't help.

It's sad.

Your photos are some of the best views of Saskatoon I've seen, Echoes. I've especially enjoyed the fantastic infill houses and interesting multifamily homes.

I haven't tried Pokemon Go yet but it really is wonderful to see everyone out and about using it. There are even some in the crowds here who clearly don't often leave their parents' basement for much else. Happened upon two people in the neighbour's backyard yesterday catching something in mine. I'm excited for what comes out next along the same lines.

Was reading the previous page when I put my post together and missed them entirely, Echoes. Great shots!

Love the one of buddy through the fence especially. And the one immediately below the hot guy pointing at a splash park is great too. Very engaging composition.

I know these shots could be from anywhere, but its good to see them of Saskatoon. The smaller cities usually only get downtown coverage. I would love to see a few pictures of almost anywhere in a city to get the feel for what the place might be like if I were to go on a normal drive around it. Saskatoon is more real to me than before.

Thanks, I will look at those. I wonder if others also see this . . . maybe someone could start a boring city photos thread to post short sets (maybe max of 10 per post so we don't get bored) of photos of the mundane and everyday in their city. I'm thinking street level but aerials would also be good. Anything to flesh things out. Bad photographers may dominate, who knows.
