Brandt Centre (Agridome) in Regina if remainder of seats were added would go from 6200 to ~8000 seats,

that would make it bigger than the arena in Victoria, BC, a city of 350,000 people. Since SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon has 15,200 seats (with room to add 1000 more) most events in Saskatchewan that require that seating capacity such as all the
Rush games or the dozen or so concerts already this year, go to Saskatoon.
the University of Saskatchewan is planning on building a 3000 seat arena on campus in the next few years so that should add more options for events in Saskatoon too.
