The crane has gone up one more time. I think (and hope) this is the final height and it will be interesting to see how close to it the tower will rise. The crane is now above Metroplace penthouse level.

I counted 37 floors but it doesn't look like it's near toping out. Did the extend the height or something?

I sure hope they didn't!

I just took a look and I still cannot tell if they have began building the crown or not. I hope they have, as even then this is going to be so close to impeding our view of Downtown. It is interesting how tall this building is considering that it will still be nine real floors shorter than our Metroplace. I suppose ceiling height is at least 9' on all floors?

does anyone recall if the washer/dryer is standard size? I forgot to check and my buddy who got a place in Joyce station said that apartments have small washers that can't take blankets or such...

From what I recall, they looked standard size.

Here's another photo that the Boffo marketing team may like.

This is already two months old, but gives an idea of the views the upper suites will have. Naturally Downtown skyline will not appear that close with naked eye, as I used a zoom lens to bring it forward, but is nice view nonetheless.

Since this photo the living floors have already been topped out and they are working on the crown. The uppermost floor is just below the skyline, but the crown will just be blocking my view of BC Place.

Do you know if Goldhouse is going to be taller?

I don't know the height, but Gold House will be 40 floors, so I would think so. Modello is only 37 floors and we are on the 46th floor, but floor heights vary. We will still be higher than anything along Beresford, but Downtown being at sea level, the view will be blocked by Gold House.
