Non-descript... Hmm... A spot in the minimall on Vic next to Fitzone?
You can guess as many times as you'd like. But it's not an office building or strip mall.

Maybe it's in the back of the Milky Way. Perhaps they have a secret basement?

Ooh, so a house then? Maybe this place, maintaining their view of the Leg building and I have no idea how a private citizen has the money to build something like this.

I'm just kidding obviously but that's still a crazy house.

It is definitely this place.

I have never seen a customer in there. Plus they would have safe houses in the apartments upstairs and special soundproof apartments for waterboarding.

We all know 99 is a spy code name and cakes are used to smuggle contraband.

Solved!

I recall reading complains online (and in the LP, I think) about Mike Badham park routinely "flooding" after rainstorms... "why isn't the City doing something about it?!?!"

uhhhh... because the park is secondary - the detention pond is the primary purpose.

...or so they'd have us believe.
It's definitely not where she thinks it is (College Ave), but it is definitely in an office building. Absolutely. Maybe they have another property that you know about as well.

At one point I know at least part of the Galleria offices were CSIS. No idea where they are now.

City is looking to actually deal with the residential parking issues in new neighbourhoods and change things going forward.

“No Parking” signs will have to be installed prior to the street being in use, the city suggests, and property owners might have to be warned if the block they’re moving onto will only have parking on one side.

They definitely have office space but it's not in an office building.

Someone I knew actually went there. They said it wasn't every good.

I supposed that supports your theory.

I've been there a few times. The one time I bought something it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was good, either. The other 2 times I was in there I didn't buy anything. They never seem to have much in stock though.

As I said before, maybe you know about another facility that they have. Regardless, they definitely have office space in a office building in Regina.

That's SaskPower as referenced earlier.

That's a good idea. I moved into a new neighbourhood and 2 months later they put up no parking signs on *both* sides of the street, meaning no on-street parking for a 2-block span. Really horrible when it was the street an apartment building was on.

And reading the article, of course Dream Developments and other developers wouldn't want to warn people about these issues before they move in...because then people wouldn't be so receptive to these sardine-can home neighbourhoods! I also like how the city said they don't think 8.7m-wide streets are appropriate when there are houses on both sides...but their bylaw allows it. Of course developers are going to cheap out and build to the minimum! If you don't like it, change the bylaws to force them!

Oooh! Conspiracy theory! They're using the power lines as a big antenna to intercept & investigate 4G LTE data. That's how they're stealing it without Sasktel getting wise to it.
