I'm having trouble getting excited by this. I know I should (ooh a tower) but it's yet another tower plus podium with tiny retail spaces. It'll be sitting next door to two more of these. I walk by them pretty much every time I go to New West and I can't clearly remember what retail is there - that's how forgettable it is.
