Yeah, it's a nice building with lots of young residents. With ~340 units you can expect it to be busy and sometimes one has to wait for the elevator for quite a while (there are only three). When one is down, the loading times get very long, but so far so good.
Like mentioned, most residents in the building are young and there is a very significant amount of ethnically Asian people living in the building. I am not lying if I say that 90% of the residents are ethnical Asian. I suppose many people are well off, at least there are dozens of new German premium cars in the parkade, but no supercars.
Location is of course as central as it gets in Metrotown and I hope Beresford Street will get more busy with restaurants. There is a Asian cafe in the podium which is always packed, but I wish a Subway would open along the street. It's still convenient to have A&W and Chipotle just across the street, to satisfy one's fast food desires. Metropolis' food court is surprisingly far away and it will take 30 minutes door-to-door to go pick up something from there.
Amenities in the building are fine. The gym is pretty good and there is an entertainment space. According to building papers there should also be a sauna, but we have not found it. There is no pool, which is a bit of shame. Also the lack of on-site concierge sucks in a building this large, as there is constantly someone with something requiring their attention. But I suppose 24h concierge is quite rare in the suburbs.
There is a huge bike locker, but cycling seems not to be popular with the residents and the locker is almost empty.
Sorry for babbling, but happy to clarify any things for people interested in this landmark building.
