Good for them , although it took 2 1/2 years. Gold house and Amazing Brentwood only took months. If market slows down , this will take equally longer time to off load .Who has money to buy high end condos then if they are taking so long to sell even in crazy market now. But then people who buy Modello probably don't have to worry about market down turn anyhow.
