World Class Capital Group owns this lot and despite it being unhindered by height limitations and having a chance to be a special development, we'll probably just hear about the "office" version of 99 Trinity for the next decade. WCCG has completed minor projects around town, but I wish Nate Paul would be a little more transparent. He's been saying 99 Trinity is near groundbreaking since 2013 and they haven't even razed those shacks.
