Something I find interesting about this project is that Amacon saw fit to develop their large site at 14th and Griffiths at only 4 storeys - and it's closer to Edmonds Station than even the closest corner of LedMac's enormous site. It easily could have fit a couple of towers. It's the entirely white parcel here:
