A smaller project, St. Joseph's Square. There are maybe 10-20 buildings like this going up around the urban core. They probably won't win a lot of architectural awards but they're going to substantially increase the population density of the neighbourhoods they're being built in. Many of them seem to have some interesting features on the first couple of floors and then bland upper levels. This one's going to have some repurposed stonework and stained glass from the church that was previously on this site.

Definitely one of the better glass res towers in the country. Nothing outside of Vancouver or Toronto comes close to it. Best is pushing it though.

I cannot understand why people would buy units on the lower floors of the Peterson... No natural light, no view, cramped street.
