Toronto goes BIG! I love it! It's like that NYC pyramid meets Habitat 67.

Hahaha! If that were the case they'd have one in Laval already.

That's why they don't need to send one.

I guess that explains all the Calgary vs. Montreal bickering we get too. Montreal is Mordor, while Calgary looks like Minas Tirith. And clearly Okotoks are Osgiliath and must be faught over.

Interesting. Need more info specifically public access and commercial spaces throughout the very large site. This area is known for alleys, nooks and, crannies with commercial activity. Taller than expected but, all the stepbacks easily covers the difference. Not a fan of the heritage perservation as presented (facades) in the rendering either.

Just what type of "commercial activity" are you talking about here?

Le Kaméléon is a 6 fl. Proposal, Corner Charest & Langelier in Quebec city replacing an ugly abandonned Gas Station.
This area is made of Bricks buildings dating back the 1920-1930 each counting an average of 3 - 5 fl.

Would be perfect as a GO Transit TOD!

But in all seriousness, looks pretty decent.
