Because it absorbs noise better than hard surfaces plus it's a bit more of a homey feel - somehow sitting in a lounge chair on tile just isn't as relaxing as carpet.

Is this the end of non-stop PG service on both WS and AC?

My family said it was usually cheaper to connect in YVR, but preffered the ease of direct flights.

Kinda sad, me thinks we should be able to support PG (even in a bad economy).

Snowmobiles would work for YEG - yeah/no???
BUT they would have to be indoor ones because of noise concerns.

First Class pax will get the seat and business class service onboard and at the airport. I would also venture a guess that those sitting in first class seats will be paid passengers rather than award point redemptions. I also seem to remember that BA charges for seat selection even in Business Class. Its possible that pax have to pay for the privilege of sitting in the first class seats.

The pax sitting in first class will not be able to utilize the first class lounge in LHR, concierge service, nor does BA have to provide a lounge in YYC (which they don't do all ready). Installing First Class would require BA to implement a Galleries First Lounge in YYC.

Is there any expectation for Hainan to launch their Beijing-Calgary service with a massive seat sale?

I would suggest painting the cars to matches those from the Prisoner.

Would be pretty easy to simply stick a white cowboy hat on the roof.

Based on yyc_engineer's skill set I'm guessing this is something to do with the new terminal.
