Im happy that this will bring an influx of residents downtown not on social services. Hopefully upscale services for these residents will pop up.
Agreed, this is a substantial investment that is actually happening without a lot of fanfare. looking forward to see what they will do at 20 and 22 George

I'll miss seeing the crane coming down the 403 into the city.

Hey guys, might be a dumb question but is 150 main west and bella tower not the same project? I was on the devolopers website and they're only mentioning that bella tower is rental.

I wanted to buy a condo, and was considering that building but was more interested in that building than the old federal building.

Thanks!

They've kinda seemed more like the same project lately to me but its kinda hard to tell. 150 Main West was originally supposed to be finished far before Bella Tower but now they're both lagging behind on their completion dates so they'll probably be done together.

Wouldnt it be easier to finish the facing with the crane still up?

How are they gunna lug all those exterior panels up to the higher floors?

Bella tower(the taller one) is only rental

150 main(the shorter old federal building) is condos

I'm pretty sure all of the precast is up on Bella Tower, and the rest is the stucco finish and glass.
