That must be a lot next to and in back of the church..
Correct, Emily Griffith owns the parking garage and the two empty lots on the Trinity Church block.

EDIT: I think Zocalo is the one who will be developing the Apt. Building, which as Dirt said is planned for the SE corner of that block.

EDIT EDIT: From this article http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_28...on-zocalo-plan-affordable-housing-retail, it said that the existing Emily Griffith school at 13th and Welton will eventually be sold off....but they also say it is "historic".

While that is a cool old building, I didn't think it is historic?
