Well a promotional video is promising this will be going ahead. Love the workers having drinks on the lawn in the park. That was a pretty big budget spot.

The Bay development video is quite exciting - love the tight Metrolinx integration on this project.

Love the 45 Bay proposal or whatever it's called now. So much better than the original design, and a great use of space.

Love that project! I like the towers, the proposed lighting, the park over the train tracks... Question though, how many towers is it? From some angles it looked like 4 towers. If that's the case, it's a bit boring they all have the same design and almost the same height (it's like putting 4 Chrysler buildings one next to each other; individually it's a stunning tower and design but repeated 3 or 4 times and it kinda takes away from it)...

That's always a possibility for any of these balcony design elements as so much seems to be determined by how they are cast on the spot. There's definitely the potential that instead of looking purposely skewed it just ends up looking poorly constructed. A lot also depends on the reflectivity of the glass. If it's too transparent you lose the illusion and it all looks messy,

Damn, 1400 (Elliott and Mackay) is a lot different than I expected. The clapboard signs on every street corner in my nabe suggested something overwrought and tacky.
