At 810 feet and taller than Suncor by 105 feet it really is going to stand out. Like TallBob I felt that another 4 to 5 stories would have crossed another threshold ie 60 story. Love the glass, except when in full sunlight with that overcooked broccoli colour!!

The webcam felt a little creative this morning and took this shot:

^ that was the cached image this morning (link); no idea how or why the webcam aimed itself like that. Maybe Brookfield was using it to take promotional shots.

Everyone once in a while the webcam moves in a closer look. for a while there it was happening every day around noon, and around 4:00pm.

The increasing radius on the corners is becoming more and more noticeable. No one will miss it once completed I'm certain, particularly when walking / driving by, as it will be clear in the reflections.

It's also nuts to think that in 1913 that Calgary had only been in existence for about 40 years while NYC had been around for 289 years.

I can't find my old post, but I did a calculation of the rate of change based on pixels and as long as curve increase is linear, it will come fairly close to the posts once it hits the very top.
