Like the step-down approach to the north... one of the first towers in town I can think of where the massing doesn't say "F you" to the context.
I'm confused by the SW corner... aren't those existing "heritage" buildings right at the corner? Are they moving them east to create that public space? Would have also preferred the driveway to be off of Scollard, or eliminated altogether, since there's already a separate parking entrance.
