third behind ...... well you know who and stayed there until 1960 when it was surpassed by LA . Then an
even bigger kick in the nuts came in 1990 when people with funny accents pushed ( the once number
two city ) to fifth on the list of biggest US cities . Phoenix is still hovering in sixth and shouldn't even be
considered for qualification do to the fact that it is a divided city with TWO separate down town locations .
