Only a 500 footer? Guess I'm getting spoiled. Would be nice if it were a
700 footer.

So we're all waiting for renders? I hope it looks better than 1911 Walnut.

And yes, I'm refreshing my browser too.

Okay, update: Summer has E-mail.

Drum roll please: (Philly Fan, you're crazy!!!! LMAO!)

Politics, schmoliticks. There's no reasoning behind the commentary. Sure NY would've developed differently if old landmarks had been preserved. Does that mean no development would've happened (or that some iconic structures would not have been built on a different site)? Of course not. The gist of this is that old stuff doesn't matter so just get rid of it, with no argument to back it up.

While we are waiting, I put this together:

This is the list of every Philadelphia thread that hasn't been tagged Philadelphia. If, like me, you browse the site via the tag, these are the conversations you are missing out on.

I finally got a hold of an admin who is going to rectify this. I hope to leave this post here as a bookmark so I can check against it later.

That's great. I've been doing an advanced search of anything with Philadelphia in the title, but I'm not sure I've seen all of these even with that.
