Well, there you have it then.
I was just being logical in my speculation:
1)- Steele has displayed their high end vehicles for extended periods of time at Champlain Place on a couple of occasions (presumably seeking to gauge interest in the marketplace).
2)- They recently moved their newly acquired Moncton Subaru dealership out to new premises on Aviation Avenue.
3)- There is enough space on this new lot for a second dealership. This extra land has been cleared and partially prepared.
4)- Steele has a lot of experience with multiple dealerships in the same city.
5)- I'm sure Steele considers Moncton to be fertile ground.
Land Rover & Jaguar would be a tremendous addition to the automotive marketplace in Moncton.
