True, the review would qualify as Protected information (not subject to Access to Information).
Not only are the statements vague, the Industry one is wrong - they refer to commitments made in Glencore's July 15, 2012 press release. Glencore's only press release on that day was an announcement that the government had approved the deal. Glencore made commitments in a March 20, 2012 press release. Minor detail, but a fairly obvious error.
