more than just shadows on the TBM

IT seems that some workers are now moving around the TBM machine.

I guess their first issue is to see of the darn thing actually even works after a year hiatus.

So the "early September" start (we are now at Sept 20, not exactly early) may actually be real.

Let us assume that the TBM actually starts in the next 10 days and actually digs some dirt, still in this month.

The big question is how far can they go before they hit the next sand lens, clay layer, swamp spot .... and then they have to stop again.

This could go "stop and start" for years.
