Yeah it looks like they got quite a lot of floor decking done in the newer installed I beams.

I fine-tooth-combed it.

Even though it's old, I still found interesting tidbits that were news to me:

Only 70 parking spaces? Who will get those? Hotel Valet? NBC Studios? Pay to park? On the schematic it looks like it might as well be ten parking spaces.

The bench count says there is ONE bench on 19th street (hotel side) but there is no corresponding graphic showing a bench in the schematic. I later saw on a cross-cut view; a lady sitting on a bench under the porte cochere, facing the hotel entrance. I believe this means the ONE bench on the 19th Street hotel side is actually not a regular bench but an architectural flourish in the form of one large bench that stretches the length of the porte cochere and possibly acts as a planter. The Five Diamond thugs at Four Seasons are sure to keep a vigilant eye for homeless use.

The core, as it pierces through the hotel, actually becomes a shell for hotel rooms. Remember the hotel elevators are separate, situated to the far West near the decorative fin.

The hotel will only have three exterior-view express elevators to the top (North side). The South side exterior-view elevators are SERVICE ELEVATORS! ..AND one floor plan shows 4 of these elevators, while the later version in the same document shows 3 (matching the other side).

Other discrepancies between floor plans show:
-possible stairs immediately to the left and right when entering the "public room," for quick access to the concourse below.
-possible door to hotel's street lobby opening directly onto Arch Street. Otherwise there is just the main entrance on 19th OR a back way through the street level restaurant when coming from the East (18th Street/Office entrance).

It's a good question - the current building has about the same number of spaces, maybe a few less - used exclusively for top executive parking. My guess is that it'll be the same for this building with maybe a handful going to the hotel valet for high-end guests. The 4 Seasons can easily contract with parking garage across the street for additional valet spaces.

If by internal structure you mean the structural steel framing - the cast-in-place core goes up substantially faster than the steel initially. I believe they cast embedded anchors into the core to tie off the steel. The core should house most, if not all, elevator hoist-ways and stairwells since it is inherently a fire-rated enclosure. The scaffolding inside the core is most likely form-work to pour the bearing walls that separate these elements. Hope this helps.
