has anyone seen the base of the 3rd crane up close? Its different from any other similar crane Ive seen. It appears that it can be jacked from the base. The base of crane 3 is much different from the first one which is basically just bolted to some steel. The base is red and its wider than the rest of the crane sections. In addition, there is no lifting section amongst the sections installed, unlike the other cornell crane.

Sweet! That view is quiet nice. Looks like they're dropping a ton of steel on the east side so hopefully the framework will start to grows soon.

Had a dream the design changed, and now went up to 1200 roof height, with a 100 ft spire. Everyone was celebrating on here, and the I woke up.

I know this has most likely been asked sometime ago, but does anyone know the story with the two concrete pillars towards the 18th street side?
