Did you know that the #yegdt neighbourhood increased
its population by 27% from 2008 to 2014, compared to a city-wide growth rate of 17%.

As it stands now, all the City of Edmonton Tower needs is a green roof and it will look just like Peregrime Point

If that is brick and stone, this could turn out to be quite the development.

Edmonton breaks building permit records with booming construction

"The City of Edmonton issued building permits worth about $2.4 billion in construction value as of June 30 this year — a 14 per cent increase from the same time last year, and an increase of 33 per cent when compared to the five-year average."

"Building permit highlights so far this year include $91 million for the Stantec office and condo building, $23 million for the Edmonton Civic Tower, and $12.7 million for a development in the Brewery District."
