Looking across Pacific Blvd.

Seven cranes in this shot. Yellow/white/blue on One Pacific, red/red/red on Parq, and the white crane in the distance (bottom right corner) on the Rogers Arena South tower.

I don't see any glass anymore... they must be doing some fitting test.

But these glass sure look cool and very different from all the other apartments in the Yaletown area.

I walked by yesterday and there is even more glass now. It is turning out to look quite dark, which may work well with the casino next door. We need to wait to see a bit more, but it is definitely not going to be your standard white spandrel.

Thanks, McMinsen, for the thorough update. I missed it earlier in the week when posted.

The glass looks great. Looking forward to seeing how the 'U' shape looks once completely glazed.

I saw a rather large opening in the middle of the building that I hadn't noticed before today. You can see through to the stadium. I wonder if it will remain open in the final design.

Never paid much attention to this one.

Totally digging it so far though. Between the dark glass, dark grey spandrel, and curves - very unlike whats in the area, but for the better.

I looks forward to seeing it complete. It sure is shaping up like a ritzy corner of town, with the new casino next door.

Those are very large areas of spandrel. I wonder how much it would cost to silk screen or etch something on the spandrel glass. Even a simple pattern would make this building much more interesting.

Looks amazing!

I heard there's two restaurants going in the first floor and a Starbucks. There's also a fitness centre going on the second floor.

Does anyone have a clue on which restaurant and fitness centre going to move in?

This is going to be one very dark/black tower in Vancouver. How on Earth did they allow this?

Makes me excited to think that casino next door might just deliver what the renderings are teasing about.

The Cooper's point towers nearby are dark too.

Not as prevailingly as this tower will be. I tell you, this is going to be a surpringly bold condo tower in Vancouver.

Is this the most up to date rendering? I don't see much grey spandrel, which should dominate the building judging by these most recent photos. The lighter tan colour depicted here looks better to me.

Yupperz, I like that reflective dark grey cladding as well. Makes the seafoam glass look darker as well.
