I like it! Was expecting a livery tweak for the 767's but not a new logo! Glad to see the Maple Leaf make a more prominent appearance on their fuselage. Good on WestJet!
I still think it wouldn't have killed them to add a cheatline on the fuselage.
I can't find a picture because the reference time period is way back in 2001, but Westjet first 737NG was short term lease from Delta. The aircraft was 738 with delta interior and the delta colour scheme on the fuselage. At the time DL had silver on the bottom 10% of their aircraft. The combination DL fuselage and Wstjet tail made for a great livery.

I remember seeing that bird. I also thought it looked sharp. As for the '67s, I don't mind the new look. Had to Canadianize it a little, understandably.

Integra Air's flights from YYC to Lethbridge and Kalispell... well I don't think they ever took off. YYC-Bonnyville is still operating though at 7 flights per week and YEG-YQL still at 8 flights per week for the summer.
Northern Air out of Peace River has trimmed its YEG-YPE flights to only 6 weekly from 10 and YYC-YPE to 8 weekly from a planned 10 weekly. In YYC's case though they were only 5 weekly last summer so still more frequencies than last summer.
This mornings thunderstorm is causing a lot of diversions, cancelled flights, and delayed departures at YYC. Looks like it could be a "love my job, love my job, love my job" day for all airport employees.
I would love it if random gate agents would yell out "SANITY NOW!!!" At odd intervals.
AC585 EWR-YYC is kind of a weird one, they didn't even hold at all... just headed straight for YEG. Same with WS169 YYT-YYC. The latter is 6 hours in the air already so that's maybe a factor. Weird.

WestJet's YYC-JFK was originally a 736 with 119 seats when announced, but now is a 174 seat 738 and will be until Labour Day when it drops back down to a -700 (136 seats) before going away for winter near the end of October. Loads have been good as well. Nice to see there's room for both carriers on Calgary-New York, just need WS to stick around in winter now.

Chose to divert 10 flights due to no gates at YYC. Better than sitting on a plane for 4 hours on the ground here.

Yes these are the short term leases that WS got in 2002 pending arrival of their 73Gs. DL didn't need the aircraft for a short while so ther cabin was modified to take out domestic first class and add in economy seats. It was a strange mixture of DL and WS.
But most important to this discussion, the photos shot that WS 737s would look smart with polished lower fuselage rather than the current all white fuselage.
