Is that one of those data centers for a telecommunications firm? I find those types of buildings to always be ugly.

^no, it's a half-parking, half-office building, which is why there are no windows on most of the building... Probably the second ugliest building in DT Montreal after the Rogers Building.

I believe this building is in a 120m zone. Sooner or later there will be a nicer (and taller replacement). Until then I'm sure the owner is happy just collecting income from parking fees and office rents.

Yeah that thing is unforgivably hideous. Even classy cities have their uglies. I'm in NYC for the first time right now and saw some downright hostile looking buildings from my cab this afternoon. The Port Authority Bus terminal is like a massive one square block car fortress with what looks to be metal spikes sticking out of all sides in case anyone thought it was a good idea to approach. That area seems to have all the concentrated ugliness of all of Manhattan in one area as across the street was Madison Square Gardens and on the other side were some garish 90's styled apartments. Only truly ugly things I've seen so far.

Here is something new to me... "rolling coal", as described by Wiki.
